Kronenhalle
Legendary Venues
Brasserie
In the calm light of day, or resplendent below chandeliers at night: The Kronenhalle brasserie is where our waiters ply you with culinary delights, either before going to the theater, after visiting the opera or for a lavish meal with friends, family or colleagues. Countless memories of eventful occasions linger in these halls – watched over by the portrait of our Madame Zumsteg painted by Varlin that hangs on one of the walls.
Chagall Room
The Chagall Room was the original dining room of the Kronenhalle. Today, beneath the works of Pierre Bonnard and Marc Chagall, this is where those guests who value uninterrupted conversation in an intimate setting meet for a meal.
Swiss Gallery
This light room with its white-clad tables is dedicated entirely to Swiss art. Paintings by Giovanni Segantini, Ferdinand Hodler and Alberto Giacometti surround our guests while they enjoy their meal. Complemented by a glass of wine from the Vaud region, a portion of our homemade Balleron salad, or perhaps a slice of apple pie made to Hulda Zumsteg's original recipe to round it all off.
